Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty:
BRIGHT SIDE INC. offers a wide variety of Lifetime Warranties from all different manufactures. Included warranties are for Vinyl Siding, Shutters, Aluminum Coil, Doors, and Windows.
All Warranties will be sent directly to your home by Bright Side Inc. or manufacture of material upon request.
Fiber Cement Weather Boards:
A 50 year limited prorated and transferable warranty by Certainteed is offered. 1-2 Years 100%: 3-50 Years 2.1% reduction in original purchase price each year.
Gutters and Downspouts:
Quality Aluminum Products.024 Aluminum coil will be used to make your gutters. A Limited Lifetime Warranty per Manufacture is offered on the material.
Conditions:
BRIGHT SIDE INC. will guarantee that every effort will be made to meet customer’s completion date, providing weather conditions are appropriate. Reasonable delays will not be cause to void contracts.
BRIGHT SIDE INC. takes precautions and consideration of landscape, flowers, shrubs, bushes, trees, etc. when performing work, although sometimes unavoidable or unforeseen problems with thick or heavy landscape cover, [plants, flowers, etc may be damaged on occasion with ladders, house, equipment, etc. if workers need to access certain areas to perform work.
BRIGHT SIDE INC is not responsible for choosing or deciding on color choices. Once colors are chosen, a customer is obligated to use chosen color. Color swatches are approximate only.
Payment:
Balance must be paid on completion of the job. All returned check will be subjected to a $35.00 charge. Any minor call backs are not legitimate reason to hold payment for balance of completion of the job by BRIGHT SIDE INC. All call backs will be taken care of within 30 days. Bright Side is committed to customer satisfaction. This contract is not valid unless accepted by BRIGHT SIDE INC. You may cancel or void this contract within three business days from date signed without any penalty or obligations. However, if any work has been performed, labor, sales estimating costs, etc prior to cancellation, deposit will be forfeited. If this exceeds the amount of deposit, you will be billed for this. Full contract price is due and payable upon completion of work. Owner agrees that any unpaid balances of money due to BRIGHT SIDE INC. under terms of contract at any time of completion shall bear interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) until paid in full.
